How do I get GoPlaces to match my travel style?
You can take our travel persona quiz to set your preferences, and provide specific context in your natural language queries for better results.
Is GoPlaces.ai free?
The core trip planning experience is free. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but our existing core functionality will remain accessible.
Can I import places from a URL or a screenshot?
Yes. Use our "Start Anywhere" tool to paste any URL, drop an image, or upload a screenshot. Our AI will automatically extract the locations and details for you.
Are my saved trips private?
Yes. Your trips and collections are private by default. You can choose to invite collaborators or generate a public link to share your plans.
If I have an issue with a booking, who do I contact?
You should contact the provider directly (e.g., the airline or hotel) first. Our support team is also available to help if you need further assistance.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your data within 30 days. You can also contact us at legal@goplaces.ai.
