(“GoPlaces,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides our services (described below) and related content to you through our website(s) located at goplaces.ai (the “Site”) and our related technologies (collectively, the “Service”). All access and use of the Service is subject to the terms and conditions contained in these Terms of Service (as amended from time to time, these “Terms of Service”). By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site, Mobile Apps, or any other aspect of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Your Registration Obligations: You may be required to register with GoPlaces to access certain features. You agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. If you are under 18 years of age, you are not authorized to use the Service.

Member Account, Password and Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details. You agree to immediately notify GoPlaces of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Bookings and Third-Party Partners

GoPlaces does not sell any products or services directly. All reservations for flights, lodgings, and travel-related services are made with a third-party service (“Third-Party Partner”). Any bookings are being made with the Third-Party Partner and not with GoPlaces. We are not responsible for bookings made with any Third-Party Partner.

Cancellations or Changes: If you need to cancel or change any bookings, you should contact the Third-Party Partner directly. All cancellations and changes are subject to the terms and conditions of the corresponding Third-Party Partner.

3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all code, video, images, information, data, text, and other materials (“User Content”) that you make available to GoPlaces. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Infringe any intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Engage in scraping, data mining, or similar extraction methods.
• Develop products or services that compete with GoPlaces.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Service Content: You acknowledge that the Service may contain content protected by copyright, patent, trademark, or other proprietary rights. Except as expressly authorized by GoPlaces, you agree not to modify, copy, or distribute the Service Content.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL GOPLACES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

6. Termination

You agree that GoPlaces, in its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate your account or use of the Service for any reason, including for lack of use or if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service.
